So reads a passage from "Flavor of the Week," yesterday's addition to the Lincoln Now website. Pago is the fourth Salt Lake City restaurant established by former pro snowboarder Scott Evans. The restaurant looks to the area's best local farmers and produce to create delicious dishes that change with the seasons.
